Hi Stampers.  I had such a fun day today.  A friend of mine sent me a text and said she wanted to come by and buy some cards from me and take me to lunch.  Of course I said YES! Her daughter recently started college at Corban University in Oregon and I knew at least one or two of those would be to send to her daughter.  So, I looked up the school and found their school colors (Whisper White, Night of Navy and Daffodil Delight – as translated into Stampin’ Up! colors) and made a few cards.
corban cardsHere is just a peek at my stamping space in action:
Queen B Creations deskCard 1:
corban awesomeness cardThis quick and easy card was done on a Daffodil Delight card base 8.5″ x 5.5″, scored at 4.25″.  The Night of Navy layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″ and the Whisper White layer is 5″ x 3.75″.  I stamped the swirl from the Stampin’ Up! Everything Eleanor stamp set in Daffodil Delight ink and the Awesomeness stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Big News stamp set in Night of Navy ink.
corban awesomeness insideThe inside layer of Whisper white is 5.25″ x 4″ and the sentiment is stamped in Night of Navy ink. I thought this saying from the Really good greetings was a good fit for a kid away at her first month of college, don’t you think?

Card 2:
corban she believed cardCard two was just as simple to make. The card base is Night of Navy 8.5″ x 5.5″, scored at 4.25″.  The Daffodil Delight layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″ and the Whisper White layer is 5″ x 3.75″.  I stamped the sunburst from the Stampin’ Up! Kinda Eclectic stamp set in Daffodil Delight ink and the She Believed sentiment stamp from the Stampin’ Up! Feels Good stamp set in Night of Navy ink.
Corban She Beleived inside of cardThis great sentiment is from the Stampin’ Up! photopolymer stamp set entitled Bravo and once again was a perfect fit.

I would love to help you create cards that are custom made for your loved ones.  Feel free to comment below with an idea you need worked on and I’ll make a card, give you the directions and links to buy all the supplies in my online store. I could even make you a YouTube video if it needs further clarification.  I just love to help you!

Happy Stamping,
