Hi Stampers.

This month our theme is Holiday Tags!  You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog – Lisa Ann Bernard @ Queen B Creations or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects.

Stampin' Up! Coffee Cup Framelit dies Christmas Tags Santa Suit by Queen B Cretaions

I just love the Coffee Cup Framelit dies.  They can be so versatile.  Today I made holiday tags out of them using Red glimmer paper and Whisper White card stock.  I used Gold glimmer paper and Basic Black to make a belt to match.  They were so quick and easy!

I just cut the coffee cup out of the Red glimmer paper and the lid out of Whisper White card stock using the coffee cup framelit dies and my Big Shot.  I adhered them together with glue dots. (Glue dots work well on the glimmer paper).  I cut a 3/4″ strip of Basic Black for the belt.  The belt was cut long and then cut it off with paper snips at the side, to ensure the fit was perfect.  A 3/4″ square of Gold glimmer paper and a 1/2″ square of Basic Black card stock over that were used to make the buckle.  The “to and from” are a stamp from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set.

I finished them off with gold cording that I looped through a hole in the tag.  I punched the whole using the Stampin’ Up! 1/8″ hole punch.
